With the DCF experience we visualize your goals together. By translating the data and insights into actionable measures, we unlock the door to your next performance level.

fitting interview

1. Interview

We start with a detailed interview to understand your riding experience, injury history, and cycling goals. From there, we create a tailored program designed specifically for your needs.

2. Body Dimension Measurement

Your fitter will record your body dimensions multiple times to ensure absolute accuracy.

DCF Thermoformed Customized Insole

DCF Thermoformed Customized Insoles

DCF Thermoformed insoles are custom-molded from your feet to provide a balanced distribution of body weight, ensuring that your pedaling power is directed to the optimal sweet spot, reducing strain and discomfort.

1. Foot Dimension Measurement & Analysis
Besides taking your foot measurements, your fitter will use a DCF LED Foot Scanner, that utilizes tangential LED lighting to visually determine your arch type: low, medium or high.
2. Insole Model Recommendation
2. Insole Model Recommendation
Based on your foot dimensions, arch height, bike fitting data, and cycling goals, your fitter will recommend the appropriate raw thermoformed insoles designed with a laminated plate and pad offering optimized thickness for comfort and support.
3. Insole Thermoforming and Milling
3. Insole Thermoforming and Milling
You fitter will ask you to stand on DCF VacuForm Insole Tool to custom form the insole 100% perfectly to your foot. Your fitter will then mill the insole to make sure the custom insole fits your shoes firmly.
